Mlin-97 JSC is the first producer of pretzel sticks in the Bulgarian market and since 1976 we have developed “HRUS-HRUS” into an established, widely recognized brand. Our pretzel sticks, made from pure wheat flour and baked for crunching, have been a favourite product of several generations in our 45-year history.

The production of “HRUS-HRUS” pretzel sticks is certified according to the international standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and FSSC 22000.

Our products are made from:

pure wheat flour and raw materials of verified origin.
