Mlin-97 has also previously held certification to produce organic products from CERES Germany (Certification of Environmental Standards GbmH). In 2010, the enterprise met the requirements of EU Regulations 834/07 and 889/08 for the production of organic products and received CERES Certificate № 34379.

Mlin-97 JSC also holds the following certificates:
FSSC 22000:2010 - № 70921 (Food Safety System Certification) / 08.08.2013-07.06.2020 FSSC 22000: 2010 is based upon ISO 22000:2005 (requirements for food safety management system) and PAS 220:2008 (prerequisite programs on food safety for food manufacturers), bringing together the requirements stemming from legislation on food safety, good manufacturing principles and HASSAP (risk analysis within a quality management framework). This regulates the processing of allergenic and genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in accordance with the current EU legislation.
