Mlin-97 JSC has its own modern laboratory to examine the quality of all the agricultural production, the wheat grains entering the mill for processing, and the produced flours and pretzel sticks.

The laboratory staff conduct physico-chemical and organoleptic analysis of the wheat grains, milled flours, and baked pretzel sticks with equipment such as a Perten NIR analyzer DA 7200 and Farinograph to guarantee clients the consistent high quality of all products.
