“MlIn 97” AD has a modern mill complex equipment by the world's leading company “BUHLER” AG, commissioned in 2003. With the partially additional reconstruction in 2005 new technological lines, percentage meters, sterilizers and further flour sieving were introduced. The complex produces a wide range of high quality wheat flour type 450 and type 1850. The raw material is provided by selected varieties of own grain production. The capacity of the processing complex is 140 tons of grain a day.

The mill is a facility equipped with modern machines that are designed to separate the useful (proteins, gulten, carbohydrates, starch) from the non-useful (crude fiber, bran) wheat ingredients. The technology is ensured by the 127 electric machines installed, which are grouped into nine production lines. The whole process is based on machine processing (milling, seiving) and no chemical processes such as fermentation, extraction, etc. The first four lines are aimed at conditioning the wheat for the actual grinding. This is a process that includes the following steps: removal of impurities; grooving (shelling) of wheat grains; moistening of wheat; removing toxines from the surface of each wheat grain. The capacity of all the machines needed for this treatment is seven tons of wheat for one hour.

The mill has the capacity to process 21 types of fractions (of various quality and composition) obtained during the process of actual grinding. The existence of a possibility of processing so many factions (each with different sizes, firmness and content) allows us through proper mixing, regardless of the incoming raw materials, to produce flour with constant quality parameters. Separation of the fractions is carried out by plansichter with ten compartments, each with 24 sieves with different characteristics and capacity of five tons per hour. All intermediates products, obtained after removal of bran and flour milling, are stored in eight separate silo cells. Flours which are obtained after mixing the different fractions are manufactured according to the needs of the latest technologies (pretzel sticks, bread, free market).
All stages of processing and production are control in both directions - quantity (in the installation of the mill five interconnected electronic scales installed, which in real time enable the control and change the chart to work) and quality (laboratory analysis). The mill complex has an operating machine for packing flour in small packages of 1 and 5 kg, produced by the German company FAWEMA.
