“MlIn 97” AD has its own modernly equipped laboratory. They examine and grade the grains received, the grains entering for processing, the produced milled products and ready flours.
The laboratory carries out physico-chemical and organoleptic analysis, enabling quality control of products in two key directions - physical and chemical composition and rheological properties. Furthermore, using a NIR analyzer DA 7200 of the company “Perten”, a device for determining the falling number FN 1305 and Farinograph, the company guarantees its customers that the wheat flours produced are of high and consistent quality.
